I'm Diyon Clark. I run ecommerce operations directly for brands, from marketplace launches to the platform connections behind them. Ox Media LLC is the company I contract through.

Who I Am

Now on my own.
I spent time at Rithum, working with the platform that connects brands to their channels. Before that and alongside it, I ran operations for enterprise and DTC brands, from catalog management at Samsung and Ferrero Rocher to marketplace work for Home Made Merch.
At Rithum, I supported around 40 clients a quarter, onboarded and launched multiple marketplaces, and owned more than $5M in SKUs across channels. Going independent meant taking that same work directly. I also train internal teams, so clients can run their systems after I hand them over.
I'm a specialist, not a generalist. I know which platform setting actually moves the numbers, and I'd rather fix one thing well than sell you a stack you don't need.
