Copyright & DMCA Policy

Effective Date: October 22, 2026  |  Designs by D

This page explains who owns what on this site and how to report a copyright concern.

01 Copyright Ownership

All original content on oxmedia.digital, including site design, layout, copy, the logo mark, and the underlying code, is © 2026 Diyon Clark / Designs by D, unless a specific piece of content is credited to another owner. All rights are reserved except as explicitly granted below.

02 Permitted Use

You're welcome to:

  • Link to any page on this site
  • Share a page or screenshot of it with attribution, for example on social media, with a credit back to oxmedia.digital
  • Reference our publicly listed stack and general approach when discussing our work

Without written permission, please don't:

  • Copy the site's design, layout, or code structure to build your own site
  • Republish our written case study content as your own
  • Use the Designs by D logo mark, wordmark, or brand assets for your own purposes

03 Client & Case Study Content

The Work section describes real client and personal projects. Screenshots, logos, and product names shown there belong to their respective owners (for example, I Battle Me Daily, Force Peptides Online, Iris Bridge Therapy, and FD&W/Force Supplier) and are shown here for portfolio and identification purposes. If you are a featured client or project owner and want content about your project removed or corrected, contact us and we will address it promptly.

04 Trademarks

"Designs by D" and the associated logo mark are used as the business identity of Diyon Clark. Other product names, logos, and brand names mentioned on this site (for example, Next.js, Stripe, Vercel) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here for identification purposes only. Their use does not imply endorsement.

05 DMCA Notice & Takedown Procedure

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect the same of anyone referencing our content. If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). To be effective, your notice must include:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or someone authorized to act on their behalf
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (such as a URL) for us to locate it
  • Your contact information: name, address, phone number, and email address
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Send DMCA notices to the contact listed in the Designated Agent section below.

06 Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including your name, contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which Designs by D is located).

07 Repeat Infringer Policy

This site does not currently host user-submitted content, so this policy is included as a standard precaution. If that changes in the future, repeat and clearly established infringers will have any infringing content removed and may be denied further access to any submission features.
